Kell Kay, born Kelvin Kambwiri on May 20, 1993, in Lilongwe, Malawi, is a popular R&B and Afrobeat singer. He started music in high school, inspired by Chris Brown, and released his first album, "Part of Your Life," in 2008. His breakthrough came in 2014 with the hit song "Ndilore Ndipite." He gained more fame with "Mwano" and "Mr Yesu," collaborating with artists like Martse and Gwamba. Kell Kay has won several awards, including Best R&B Artist at the Nyasa Music Awards in 2017 and 2018. In 2019, he proposed to his girlfriend, Tammie, during his album launch for "Love After 24."
