Tay Grin, born Limbani Kalilani on June 15, 1984, in Blantyre, Malawi, is a leading hip-hop artist known for blending modern beats with traditional Malawian sounds. He began his music career in 2008 and quickly gained fame with hits like "Chipapapa." In 2009, he founded Black Rhyno Entertainment to promote local talent. Tay Grin has won several awards, including the BEFFTA Best International African Act in 2014. Beyond music, he is a businessman and was appointed Malawi's tourism ambassador in 2024, promoting the country's culture and heritage.
