Joeboy, born Joseph Akinwale Akinfenwa-Donus on May 21, 1997, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter celebrated for his smooth Afrobeats and Afro-pop sound. He rose to fame in 2019 with the hit single “Baby,” which became a major success across Africa. Signed to emPawa Africa early in his career, Joeboy has since released popular projects including Somewhere Between Beauty & Magic and Body & Soul.
